Good location but bad apartment
Location was good (close to metro). Host was not that bad (he lives nearby so if there is a problem he comes quickly). There are many extra beds so more people can sleep.
The curtain of the shower was dirty which is quite bad because it's important to have a clean shower. It was a bad impression. There is no lockbox so you will have to meet with the host which is not very comfortable because you need to organize the meeting with him instead of having the comfort of the self check in. In winter the place is very cold since the air-conditioning is only in the living room and the rest of the house remains very cold. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable ( I had back pain after the night I spent). I don't recommend this apartment at all. There are many other places in Milan within this price range that are more comfortable solutions.

Unpleasant experience!
The location is okay.
Our stay at this bed and breakfast was very unpleasant. My family and I stayed there on December 25, 2025, and the place was not properly cleaned. The floor was moist, which made the whole place feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. The bathroom was also not clean, and the bed sheets had an awful smell and not clean!
The kitchen and kitchen tools were outdated and did not seem well maintained. Overall, the condition of the place did not meet basic cleanliness standards, especially for a family stay.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to others.
I hope you take this reminder seriously and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

The video for self check in could have been more clearer and explained in English for international guest.
Sofa bed was bad as it makes so much noise and very uncomfortable.
Not sure if the sheets were changed as we found hair all over the beds and crampled.
We were four but given just 2 towels. We found one that was used,wet and smelly.
The place need a lot of attention for maintenance. Shutter is broken. It's a pity else the place is spacious and really just need to be maintain in details that are necessary. We only stayed for few hours as we arrived around 8pm and left at 4 am for an early flight.

The rooms were clean, the apartment was spacious and the balconies were cozy.
The host doesn’t leave much things at disposal: No hand-soap, no dish washing detergent, and nothing for douche. Also, no Wi-Fi and the TV doesn’t work.

Useless as an apartment, only good for sleeping. Avoid.
The bed and pillows were ok. Tap water is of acceptable quality. Close to a grocery store (3 mins) and M1 metro station (5 mins). Parking on the street (1,2 ur/hour)
Kitchen faucet not screwed in, electric cooker rusty and dirty, induction cooker useless as all kitchenware incompatible, toilet seat broken off. On top, quite dirty with smelly bathroom towels, had to throw away some food we brought due to fridge not working. AC leaking water heavily, so someone taped kitchen sponges to AC unit.

Due notti all'inferno
Penso che sia stata l'esperienza di viaggio lavoro peggiore della mia vita. Un alloggio sporco, pieno di polvere, maleodorante, capelli e peli pubici ovunque, dal pavimento fino alle lenzuola, coperte macchiate e maleodoranti, letto con materasso sfondato, vecchio e scomodo, immondizia sotto il letto, cibo avariato e dimenticato nei mobili cucina, muffa nel piatto doccia e su tutta la tenda doccia, due notti di allergia, avvolto dalla polvere. Potrei continuare ma l'unico e solo consiglio è chiudere la struttura, perché nonostante la mia telefonata alle 3.00 di notte in piena crisi respiratoria nella quale conuciavo al gestore di pulire e recuperare la situazione, sono stato ulteriormente preso in giro, ha dato una parvenza di pulizia, mettendo altre lenzuola maleodoranti ed ha spostato la polvere spazzata da una camera all'altra senza neanche buttarla, scandaloso.

Hice una reserva para mi familia por dos noches. Desde el inicio, el alojamiento no corresponde en absoluto con lo que se anuncia.
En el anuncio se indicaba que el departamento tenía 50 m², pero en realidad no llega ni a eso: aproximadamente 25 m². Muchas de las comodidades prometidas no existen. Por ejemplo, se anunciaba lavadora y otros servicios que simplemente no estaban disponibles.
El estado del lugar es muy deficiente e inseguro:
• La puerta del baño estaba rota
• La ducha en pésimas condiciones
• La calefacción no funciona correctamente: solo hay una, no calienta lo suficiente y se apaga durante la noche
• Cada vez que hervían agua, la luz se iba, como si hubiera un cortocircuito
Además, las fotos del anuncio no reflejan la realidad, las paredes están en mal estado y la ubicación no coincide con la indicada.
Informé todo esto al propietario y también contacté a Booking. Desde Booking le indicaron al propietario que debía hacerme un reembolso para que mi familia no pasara la noche allí, ya que es un lugar inseguro. Sin embargo, el propietario se negó rotundamente, diciendo que su alojamiento era “lo mejor” y que nunca haría un reembolso.
Lamentablemente, la primera noche no hubo otra opción que quedarse. Mi familia se dio cuenta ahí de que la calefacción no funcionaba bien.
Mis abuelos de 80 años, que estaban de paseo en Milán, la pasaron muy mal.
Para empeorar la situación, mi hermano de 9 años sufrió un accidente: la escalera del camarote se le cayó encima mientras dormía, lo cual demuestra claramente el peligro del lugar.
Como si fuera poco, al costado hay otro alojamiento y las personas que estaban allí fumaban marihuana, lo que hacía el ambiente aún más incómodo e inseguro para una familia.
No recomiendo este alojamiento bajo ninguna circunstancia, ni siquiera si fuera gratuito.
Es lo peor que he visto, y sinceramente no le deseo esta experiencia a nadie más.

Niente si metteva dietro la porta a origliare e guardare dietro il balcone a aperto la porta mentre che noi ci stavamo preparando servizio pessimo le pentole erano tutte sporche pieno di olio entrava umidità le finestre entrava freddo puzza di umidità in tutta la casa il pavimento sporco polvere ovunque

Très déçu
Le propriétaire était à l'écoute et très gentil malheureusement l'équipement n'était pas à la hauteur.
L'appartement était sale, les draps pleins de cheveux poils et saleté, la bouilloire et la cafetière étaient écœurante , le sol sale et il n y avait même pas de couverture pour dormir j'ai du en acheter car mes enfants avaient froid la nuit.
Je n'ai ni pu me faire un café ni une simple tisane.
Les équipements étaient délabré.
