Terrible and filthy

This is absolutely terrible. For a group of five, only one towel was provided—and it was dirty. All the beds were filthy with hair on them! None of the duvets had covers, so did that mean that guests would have to use uncovered duvets? This is the only negative review I have ever left on Booking.com for a room; it’s absolutely outrageous.

Worst place I've ever stayed! Do NOT book!

Nothing, booked another apartment and left.

We were due to stay here for 4 nights. There is building work going on, scaffolding over the entire building. The terrace/ outdoor sitting area is used as a building site. The builders are wearing hard hats, yet we had to walk through it all without any PPI. The builders work from 7am until after 5pm. The owner told me i could use the outside area in the evenings after the builders left (very kind of her). The door is tapped up to help stop dust/dirt from getting in (it didn't work). The owner was rude and was only interested in getting paid the city tax money. She sent a man straight over to get it as soon as I contacted her about the state of the place. The apartment and air were dusty. The air conditioning didn't improve the air quality at all. It probably made it worse. I could feel my chest getting caught. The rooms are dark due to shutters and scaffolding over the windows. Some pipes were sticking out from the walls and left open. The bathroom sinks do not have a strainer in the hole for waste. The 2 x single beds are not comfortable, more like camp beds. The chest of drawers is wonky. I was so disappointed with this apartment. It was like being in a dark cellar. I had been doing a tour of Italy, this was our 4th apartment during this holiday. The other 3 apartments (all booked via booking.com) I could not fault, and we loved travelling around Italy. This place put a damper on our holiday, so I booked another apartment, left this depressing apartment, and enjoyed the final days of our holiday. I'm in the process of trying to claim a refund for this apartment and have stated to the owner and booking.com that this apartment should not be advertised for letting in its current state!

Struttura e servizi pessimi

Struttura sporca e dimostrabile con foto che ho mandato al proprietario che nemmeno è passato quando richiesto. Armadio e cucina rotto, divano e materasso di quest' ultimo e del letto matrimoniale non idonei per dormirci. Una camera da letto piena di muffa ed umidità che ha creato problemi di allergia.. Televisori senza cavo antenna e password non riconosciuta dagli apparecchi. Assurdo mettere una struttura del genere. Pessima esperienza.

3-dniowy trip po Mediolanie

Generalnie pobyt w Mediolanie bardzo udany, intensywne zwiedzanie, połączone z pyszną kuchnią. Jeżeli chodzi o apartament to lokalizacyjne to raczej obrzeża miasta, cisza i spokój. Zbyt wielu atrakcji w tej części nie ma ale do metra ok 7 minut spacerem, więc można się szybko przemieścić. Dwie oddzielne sypialnie i dwie łazienki to ogromny plus. Duza szafa, ręczniki, suszarka, zelasko. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia plus woda w pokoju.

Szczerze to w apartamencie tylko spaliśmy. Jesteśmy tolerancyjni ale niestety na minus łóżko w salonie. Amerykanka, gdzie każdy ruch słychać.

1 stella (e solo perché non si può dare zero) Una delle peggiori esperienze mai avute con un appartamento in affitto. Sporco, trascurato e completamente inadatto ad accogliere ospiti. Appena entrati siamo stati colpiti da un odore sgradevole, segno evidente che non era stato pulito da giorni (forse settimane): polvere ovunque, bagno disgustoso con muffa nella doccia, peli e capelli sul pavimento, e lenzuola che sembravano già usate. Come se non bastasse, mancavano le dotazioni base: • Nessun sapone, • zero carta igienica extra, • cuscini insufficienti, • asciugamani sporchi o usurati. E il peggio? I condizionatori non funzionanti, in pieno caldo milanese di giugno, con temperature che sfiorano i 35 gradi. Un vero inferno. Dormire era impossibile e l’aria in casa diventava irrespirabile già dal pomeriggio. La gestione dell’appartamento è assolutamente negligente, e l’host è stato assente e poco collaborativo, nonostante le segnalazioni. Nessuna assistenza, nessuna scusa, solo silenzio. Sconsigliato con forza. Un’esperienza da dimenticare. Non vale nemmeno lontanamente il prezzo pagato.
