Had a great stay with family

Close by to train station. Owner was great, was only a message away and helped us out with metro and stops to get off to visit tourist attractions and football stadium. Advised us of areas to go at night for dinner and drinks. Would defo use apartment again.

Amazing Comfortable Stay

Located close to the Villa San Giovanni Metro Station, this property offers a very comfortable stay. For larger groups, two adjacent units are available — both of which we booked. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Our host, Francesco, was extremely helpful and responsive to all our queries — many thanks to him for his warm hospitality. We needed a few essentials for basic cooking, and he kindly provided them right away with a smile. Highly recommended!

The Ideal Stay

We were honestly most impressed by the location – such a beautiful neighborhood that made us feel at home right away. It was the perfect balance of being close to everything we needed, while still calm and pleasant to walk around. Francesco was incredible – always just a message away and ready to help with anything, which gave us such peace of mind during the stay. The apartment itself had absolutely everything: cozy, well-thought-out, and with all the little details that make a stay not just comfortable, but truly perfect. We really felt we had everything we needed and more, and it made our trip unforgettable. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone.

It was excellent and amazing.

The area was totally safe which was our priority as I went with my wife and two little kids. The property was very clean and lights had different colours in the kids bedroom that we changed between pink and blue as I had a son and a girl.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Milan. The location was absolutely ideal for what we needed-situated close to several public transportation options, which made getting around the city effortless and stress-free. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after busy days of sightseeing. What stood out the most was the owner’s hospitality. Francesco was very open, friendly, and communicative, always quick to respond and ready to assist whenever we had questions or needed help. This made our stay even more pleasant and worry-free. We received great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We have a deep love for Italy, and this experience only strengthened our desire to return.! ♥️We would definitely choose this apartment again on our next visit to Milan. Absolutely amazing place to stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Our host was exceptionally kind and attentive—always available to answer questions and even provided fantastic local recommendations that made our trip extra special. The apartment itself was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need—from an iron for our clothes to an umbrella for unexpected rain. Its comfortable layout and pristine condition made us feel right at home. Amazing apartment, clean and close to the city center

Amazing stay, the Apartment was close to the City center and had many shops close to it. It was super clean and confortable. We will definitely come back here if we get back to Milan. Getting to the apartment was very easy thanks to the instructions given to us, and the host was very reactive and helped us we he ever we needed. A special thank you to our host Francesco who bought us a netflix plug we truly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent apartment, convenient location and very helpful hosts

Great location for people coming with cars to Milano. Easy to find free parking in the street and 5 minutes walk to the metro which takes you right into the center of the city. Fast and helpful response from our host to any question we had. Good restaurant few minutes walk. I would definitely try to stay there again when I come to Milano next time.

Nice apartment with very helpful host

The apartment was very nice and clean, had one bedroom, and a kitchen and living area with additional twin bed. Had a/c in every room, which was amazing considering the weather was super hot. We enjoyed the a/c a lot. The host was super helpful and provided all necessary info for us. The check in/key pick up was very easy and well organized. Same for the check out. It wasn't centrally located, but there was a metro station nearby.

Nothing in particular, the only minor thing I missed was a shelf in the shower.

Mondern, light, fresh, comfortable and convenient

was a lovely apartment, very clean and the facilities were modern and of quality. Was perfect for my husband, daughter and I. The location was very convenient as close to the Metro and so easy to get into the city and main sights. Francesco, was so helpful and communication was fantastic. Very convenient location (nice building in a residential area, quiet street, less than 10 minutes from a metro station, 10 minutes to a supermarket, 30 minutes by metro to the downtown). A great choice with modern decor and terrific owner

Everything is new, modern, clean. Host was exceptional and easy to communicate with. Ground-floor with very few stairs helped with the luggage situation of our many weeks of travel. the parking on the street nearby was a HUGE bonus to feel relaxed without paying or any hassles. Felt like a safe neighborhood. metro was nearby and easy to navigate throughout the city and see the sites. It was a nice stay with terrific host who went out of his way to extend courtesy beyond the typical guest-host relationship.

It’s a quiet neighborhood that’s very convenient for feeling safe and enjoying Milan, but there still was noise present from running neighbors upstairs or people walking past on the streets. It was still not so bad but only a little unexpected… That is pretty much nothing the owner can change, and overall, we still felt it was the right choice for us and our stay. Apartment is a clean place and well-fitted with modern convenience.

It was clean and pretty much new everything inside apartment.

It wasn't so warm for such expensive accomodation. There is some kind of radiators which are working on boiling water, but you can't turn on the system whan you want, temperature in apartment is about 22C. Also there is a airconditioner but there is no remote controler.

We liked everything very much. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beds were of good quality. Francesco was very nice and helpful.

The location was great. It was close to the subway and shops. The only thing I didn't like is the mess and the stench on the streets around, but that's a problem in general in the whole city, nothing can be done about it.

It was incredibly clean and well managed but the main selling point was the owner Francesco. He was there for us at all times and made exceptional efforts to ensure that our stay was memorable.
