Maison Davià

Very friendly and helpful owner, reacts immediately and is flexible. If there is a topic, he fix it really fast. Each room with AC, in total 3x. Enough space in the wardrobe, really huge. Very comfortable fridge, big enough for a family and is working well. In the area is free parking, in one street even with camera observation. Shopping like small shops, bakeries, restaurants and supermarket (e.g. Lidl) in 7-10 minutes walking distance. Same distance to Metro station Villa S.Giovanni.

Nothing, as written above, if something happened, the owner fixed it very fast.

Byt nás mile překvapil. Prostorný, dva pokoje na spaní. Hlavní ložnice prostorná, velká skříň. Matrace naprosto vyhovující, spalo se nám výborně. Manželské lůžko velké. Druhý pokoj s menším prostorem, na přespání stačilo. Všude byla klimatizace, v letních horkých dnech fungovala výborně. Byt se nachází 5-10 minut od zastávky metra, dostupnost do centra přímou linkou do 20 minut. Celkově velká spokojenost. Pokud někdy zavítáme opět do Milana, určitě se sem vrátíme. Fotky odpovídají realitě.

Návrhy pro zlepšení: v kuchyni základní vybavení, ocenila bych misky na salát, jednu velkou mísu (na salát). V koupelně vyčistit zaprášené odvětrávání :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of four had a fantastic stay at La Maison Davia. The property was beautiful, modern, and exactly as described in the photos. The location was excellent, within walking distance of shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and a mall. The highlight of our stay was Francisco. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even giving us a ride into town and allowing us extra time after checkout when we needed it. His kindness and dedication to his guests made a great stay even better. We would gladly stay here again and would happily book any property managed by Francesco. Highly recommended!
