The worst accommodation I’ve had in Italy so far

Communication with Francesco was ok. Parking on the street was ok, but you need to be lucky to find a spot in front of the building.

- A lot of dust everywhere – it really needs a general cleaning. - When the boiler started heating the water (when using the shower or the kitchen sink), there was a strong smell of gas – when all four of us were taking showers, we had to keep the window open next to the boiler. - The bathroom fan couldn’t handle the ventilation because it was completely covered in dust. - There were no mosquito screens on the windows, so we had to buy mosquito spray as they came in every evening when we opened the window. - The beds in the bedroom are very small (1.8m long). - When taking a shower, the water leaked out of the cabin because it was cracked at every corner. - Every morning at 7, either the neighbors started shouting or the garbage truck came making so much noise that it was impossible to sleep. Overall, after many stays in Italy, this is the only place I would never return to.

We spent a beautiful and relaxing holiday in Milano also thanks for the good accomodation

The apartment is well placed in Milano, with a good acces to the public transport (bus, metro), supermarkets. The rooms are large, with AC very useful in the hot days, the kitchen is very well equipped with the necessary staff you need to prepare something to eat. The acces in the apartment was easy, based on codes. The host was very kind and helped us with precious informatiom for our holiday. We ll definitely stay again at Maison Davia when we ll come back in Milano and we recommend this apartment to everyone who d like to visit Milano

Fair price during design week and super comfy bed

Super comfortable bed, the space in generali also good renovated.

The building is strange, it’s everywhere written that is for vines to smoke on the window or in the building garden, so to some a cigarette I had to go out of two gates and apartment doors.

Emplacement idéal ! Je recommande !

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Milan , il a d excellents restos à proximité, supérette et métro , un plus pour se rendre dans le centre ou lac de Côme . L appartement est super propre et on s y sent tt de suite bien . Je recommande vivement cet endroit , Francesco est ultra réceptif !

Séjour à Milan

Appartement situé dans une résidence dans un quartier calme, aucun bruit ! La station de métro la plus proche est à moins de 10 min de marche. Tout le nécessaire est disponible dans l’appartement. La chambre avec 2 lits séparés pour les enfants a été un gros plus. L’hôte est vraiment disponible et répond en cas de besoin ! Rapport qualité prix au TOP !!

Franchement c’est un détail, une climatisation un peu bruyante... mais sinon c’était Top !

Bonne situation, parfait à 4

Le logement est très bien situé si vous voyagez en voiture. Vous êtes hors de la zone ZTL, il y a du stationnement gratuit autour et vous pouvez accéder facilement en métro vers Milan ou à Côme via la station de train non loin. Le logement est assez grand pour 4 personnes et à 2 chambres

Il manquait un peu de vaisselle pour pouvoir cuisiner comme des coûteaux de cuisine. Mais Francesco devrait y remédier.

Cicha i spokojna okolica. Tuż za rogiem przystanek autobusowy i bezpośrednie połączenie z dworcem Centrale. Kilka minut pieszo do stacji metra. W pobliżu również dworzec kolejowy Greco Pirelli. Apartament wygodny i czysty.

Зручне розташування, 3 хв пішки від станції метро. 15 хвилин і ти в центрі Мілану. Поряд є супермаркет та пекарня з круасанами і випічкою. Кожної середи поряд з помешканням є ринок з свіжими продуктами. Все що потрібно, є в помешканні. Привітний власник Франческо. Гарне співвідношення ціни та якості!
