Stunning property, perfect location and views, wonderful host.

We loved everything. The location and views are incredible! The layout makes the apartment seem so much bigger and it’s really spacious. There is fantastic attention to detail. Everything was super-clean, with some much-appreciated welcome items. It’s modern and bright. There are body boards and other beach items in the property. The kitchen is very well appointed: I cooked a full Christmas lunch with no difficulty. Sarah’s communication was excellent; she responded to questions and came back to me again with more info when she thought of something else helpful. Couldn’t have been better.

Excellent location with an amazing view

The location of this property is amazing. It's perfect for a surfing holiday in the summer. It was comfortable for an adult family of 5 and I have already recommended it to some friends. Bude is such a beautiful and friendly seaside town, which we have known for years, but the view from this flat will be one we remember for years to come. Thank you to the hosts!

The main window with the view could have been cleaner - easily fixable! The kettle could do with replacing too, but other than that, nothing stood out as a problem.

Great location, amazing apartment, good times.

The location was amazing; right on the beach and close to several cafe's and restaurants as well as a supermarket at the top of the hill. Well appointed with appliances and crockery etc. wetsuits, boards and beach equipment on site was a big plus.

A great place to stay, and a great “host”!

Excellent location with wonderful views across the bay, and right by lovely coastal walks. Sarah, the owner, was the perfect “host” , keeping us well informed before our stay, quickly resolving a minor issue, and asking for any follow-up suggestions. She is someone who obviously cares about her guests and is a first class example to all hosts!

Being on the top floor, the access is a little difficult up steps and across a small sloping wooden “bridge”.
