Location and cleanliness
Upstairs rooms way to hot to sleep in even with heating off and windows open at the end of October.
For a house for 6 people hot water ran out for the whole day after two showers.

Underfloor heating made the house lovely and warm after coming back from very wet walks. The master bed was very comfortable and the whole house was clean and very well kitted out. The house was in a superb position, a few minutes walk from the beaches, cliff top walks, shops and restaurants, cafes etc. Couldn't ask for anything more.
The weather, but obviously that's nothing to do with the house which was great.
