Good size, well kept garden. Good facilities - cooking utensils etc all there that you would need on holiday. Easy access. Close to the beach.
Not much! It’s excellent overall. The only comment is that it’s very loud beneath anyone walking around on the floor above.

The property was excellent. It’s lay out suited our family needs. It was well appointed and beautifully clean. Situated only a few minutes from the beach and a short walk to Bude town centre was excellent.

Covered car park space was a great addition; we parked up and didn’t need to use our car all week.
