It was excellent!
From the first communication that clearly explained how to find and check in, the clean and comfortable lodge and welcome pack, and awesome views, all was great. If you are after come piece and quiet, and a great place to watch the aurora you can’t go wrong.

Die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft, wundervoll eingerichtet und in einer tollen Lage. Durch die bodentiefen Fenster hat man eine wundervolle Sicht auf den zugefrorenen Fluss und man fühlt sich der Natur ganz nah. Besonders schön war, dass wir die Polarlichter aus dem warmen Haus durch die Fenster sehen und beobachten konnten.
Begeistert waren wir auch von unserer Vermieterin, die uns für unsere Ankunft bereits Getränke und Snacks bereitgestellt hat, was wir sehr lieb fanden.

Everything! The location was amazing—right in front of a completely frozen river, with a stunning view. We could watch snowmobiles and dog sleds passing by all the time right in front of the house, and we even walked across the frozen river to the other side.
It was very easy to get there by taxi directly from the airport, 20 minutes ride, right to the door, and it was reasonably priced as well. The house was very warm and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable to cook in, the bathroom was very practical, and everything we needed was provided. The host was also very attentive and responsive to all our questions.
The house is located in a lovely small village, and within a 5–6 minute walk there is the Ice Hotel, a Coop supermarket,two restaurants, and a Sami area, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. The tours we booked could pick us up very easy from this cabin, it’s easy to reach from everywhere too. We felt like we could stay longer in this area, felt very naturel, authentic and cosy. We’re glad we chose to stay here instead of staying at a hotel in Kiruna.
Nothing at all, everything was perfect, exceeded all of our expectations.
