Great hotel

We stayed here accidentally as weather changed our plans about Andenes, but we were surprised with this place. Super clean, big and quiet room, fridge, nice parking, newly renovated bathroom and amazing breakfast in the morning.

It would be great to add more power sockets and give the room without opened window (too cold)

As usual good comfortable rooms and substantial breakfast.

No two Thons are the same, in one the bathroom was so big an extra eighteen inches smaller would have allowed more room for the bed. In this one an extra eighteen inches would have made the difference of being able to get to the sink without having to stand in the shower.

Truly Unique Lodging Experience

The little house provided something more than a hotel room. Located right next to the hotel for easy access to the restaurant and other hotel facilities. The restored home had all the modern touches while still preserving the unique feel from it’s age. We throughly enjoyed our stay there.

Fabulous

We stayed in a cosy cabin. It has been lovingly restored and contains many authentic artefacts. We met the gentlemen who owns the cabin. It was delightful to chat to him about the history of the cabin. It was charming, comfortable and clean but most of all it was a homely Norwegian place to stay.

Exceptional

A hotel with unique character, showing very personal attitude of the owner and the team. Well-designed interior with unique touches like the carved room doors. Perfect location for walking, cycling and driving, huge free parking at the back side of the building. We particularly enjoyed the Sult restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and the library bar - don’t skip it when you stay here! :)

Good located hotel to make one day trips around the Lofotes. We managed to get the room from the new part and it was really good and clean. Everything worked well despite of COVID limitations.

Mein Check-In nachts um 3 Uhr war sehr gut vorbereitet: Mir wurde die Schlüsselkarte, die bereits parat lag, gereicht und schon konnte ich aufs Zimmer. Dank guter Gardinen war die Mitternachtssonne kein Problem.

Keskeinen sijainti, helppo löytää. Hyvä parkkipaikka hotellin takana. Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä, runsas valikoima. Hyvät sängyt. Huoneesta oli näkymä kadulle, joka oli kohtalaisen äänekäs. Poikkeuksellisen lämpimän sään vuoksi täytyi pitää ikkunaa auki.
