Det så helt forferdelig ut, vi endte opp med å ikke bo der. Hovedsakelig fordi vi leide en leilighet med to soverom, mens det egentlig ikke var noen soverom, det var to senger i stua.

Centralt i Fauske

Juli 2025 Väldigt varmt.. men lägenheten man hyr är i markplan och väldigt sval och skön , nära till allt då den ligger väldigt centralt.

Lite för nära genomfartstrafik.. praktiskt när man kommer och åker, men lite störande när man ska sova om man är lättväckt

Bra läge och bekväma sängar.

Ganska spartanskt och lite skamfilat. Boende i källarplan utan möjlighet att fixa mat. Inte särskilt välstädat, tex var sopkorgarna inte tömda.

Det var kaldt og jeg frøs den første natten. De visste at eg kom og kunne ha skrudd opp varmen.

Logement mal soigné, proprio gentil.

Le proprietaire est très gentil. La chambre est grande. Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche linge. Eau chaude ok et chauffage ok. C'était agréable d'arriver avec le chauffage déjà allumé. Ce n'était pas très propre par contre. Les poubelles débordées et n'étaient pas vidées par les anciens locataires ni par le propriétaire. Nous les avons sorties. Pas de détecteur de fumée dans la chambre, il est au couloir. Cuisine peu ergonomique et peu équipée, il y a qu'une grande tasse par exemple et pas de couteau qui taille. Machine à café sur l'egouttoire. Mal conçu à mon sens. Dommage. Bien pour une nuit mais cher pour la prestation.

Un point d'arrêt améliorable

Nous avons aimé la réactivité de l'hôte (nous avons pris la chambre à 19h00 pour le soir même et avons pu arrivé en toute facilité! :-)), le panel d'équipements proposés (machine à laver et à sécher, cafetière, petite kitchenette, serviettes et draps), la literie confortable et la chambre bien chauffée.

L'appartement mériterai une meilleure note au vue des services proposés mais malheureusement la propreté est sérieusement à revoir : la poubelle n'était pas sortie à notre arrivée, les frigos sales, et la plupart des radiateurs étaient débranchés ce qui ne favorise pas un bon acceuil. De plus le sèche linge n'était pas très fonctionnel, ce qui est dommage c'est assez rare d'avoir un appartement avec un si bon qualité prix et des équipements utiles mais dysfonctionnels. Nous avons malgré tout passé une belle nuit et avons trouvé tout le nécessaire mais nous pensons que cela peut-être amélioré :-)
