Contemporary 2 Bedroom apt with Indian Ocean Views

Beautiful location and ocean, mountain and sunset/sunrise views. Very clean. Large balcony’s with lots of light in bedrooms and full sliding glass doors. Bathtub in room. Heat and air conditioning. Very close to boulders beach (like 5 min drive). Skylight roof in bedroom. Overall I would stay again and recommend as this place was my favorite place I stayed in South Africa There was No washing machine in unit though the website had initially said there was and they were going to charge me for laundry. When I pointed out the property stated a washing machine was supposed to be in unit, they offered to do my laundry for free and stated they would change the website.

No washing machine in unit One of the times during a shower the water did not get very hot. The remote controls did not work very well. Tiny kitchen At the very top of a hill so cannot walk anywhere. Will have to drive or uber everywhere. No public transport

One of the most beautiful apartments I have been. It is really spacious with absolutely stunning view on the ocean. It has everything we need for stay and cooking for family with 2 kids. The overall place and Simon’s city are so nice place to stay. It is very calming experience. The location is great to visit Boulders beach and Cape Point.

We had a minor issue with two boys sleeping in one bed — one child fell out during the night and had to seek medical assistance the next day. Fortunately, there is a medical centre just a 10-minute drive away. (There is also a nice shopping centre nearby with two grocery stores.) And had experience with the baboon came into the apartment, but this was interesting experience 😁

Very stylish, clean apartment with spacious living area and 2 bedrooms. Moses and Prisca were extremely welcoming and the breakfast and braai were both superb. The beds, sofas and particularly the terrace beanbags were all really comfy. The view was amazing and the apartment well located to explore from (we enjoyed our early morning trip to the Cape of Good before all the crowds). There was good parking and the area felt safe.

The air conditioning switched off from 23:30 to 06:00 every night making it very hot and difficult to sleep, even with the doors open. We were there for 5 days and this problem was not fixed. The master bedroom has a beautiful skylight, which I’m sure is lovely in the winter, but in summer the room was light by 05:30 and became boiling hot during the day with the sun streaming in. The master bedroom had no cupboards at all and very little surface space in the bathroom to put toiletries. It also had a very nice double sided fireplace, but this means if you are sharing the apartment with family/friends they can see you in bed/the bath from the sitting room. Lastly, there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the basin in the second bedroom, which was not rectified during our stay. If these things were rectified it would be 10/10
