We had challenges with the hot water however it was sorted quickly.

We stayed in this house as a family. Everything was just wonderful. This house has absolutely everything your heart desires (washing machine, dryer, all appliances in the kitchen, umbrellas, sunbeds, refrigerator for the beach, good binoculars for watching animals, a lot of board games and more). I would like to note the interior separately, you can see that everything is selected with soul. Everything is clean and beautiful. First impression: just “wow!”. Thank you very much to Julia for your hospitality. You are wonderful!)
I wouldn't call it a disadvantage. I lacked a shower in my soul.

The many different areas to sit and relax. The beauty of the home, with wonderful photos in the rooms. The fact that tea, coffee, and milk had been left for us. The very clear instructions about what we needed to do. Beautiful views in a relaxing setting.

We enjoyed the house and facilities. We enjoyed the beach and pool and the beautiful views from the lounge.
Although the house is beautiful and spacious, IT IS NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL. The pool is not safe for kids as it only has a 1 step and and after that it is almost 2m deep so kids can not enjoy the pool. There is also no other activities for kids to do other than going to the beach which is 10-15min walk. Furthermore, the premises is situated in a residential village and very close to the neighbour's so they can hear everything you do at the house. Since day 1 when we arrived we were told that we can't make a noise or speak loud because of the neighbour's, We also could not swim late than 8pm because we would make a noise (Again not child friendly) We were on holiday but we felt that we needed to be mute all day because of the neighbour's calling or complaining to the host Julia and she would then come around to us or call and ask if that's the case. We honestly felt we could have stayed at home rather than being treated like prisoners.Our kids did not enjoy it at all as we constantly had to tell them to keep mute because we afraid that the neighbors would complain even. that's not nice especially being on holiday and wanting to have a good time. We also advised Julia about the television that didn't work in the lounge as well as the rooms..She then asked me to ask my husband to have a look which I think those things need to be checked n be ready when guest arrive. Julia is an awsome host however pricacy needs to be given to guest we felt that she invaded our privacy by rocking up at the place during our stay because of what neighbors were apperantly saying however like I said most of our holiday we felt unwelcome and not happy. We spent 3 nights but couldn't wait to check out hence we left at 6am in the morning.
