Location was excellent, host friendly and communication excellent. The house was immaculate and full of character. Lots of space and well equipped. We enjoyed playing chess and poker with one of the best views. Kitchen and Braai were excellent. The wood burning stove was lovely to enjoy cozy evenings as we were there in May. Such character and interesting features. The beds were very comfortable. Good Kwik spar 2 mins drive and east access to cape town, cape point, table mountain, kirschtenbosch, stellenbosch, Haut Bay, Nooderhoek, Kalkbay and also the Atlantis dunes north of cape town for some very fun quad biking. Easy to drive on the M4, M3 and Nooderhork expressway.

Beautiful place! Richard and Marcy are so helpful, everything was just perfect and we enjoyed our stay enormously.
Dixie´s for lunch or dinner is a gem. The place is a little bit off the track from Cape Town but if you rent a car it is really easy. Also there are Ubers and taxis at a very affordable cost. In general, people in South Africa are really nice and friendly!

Everything was perfect, the house is very beautiful and you feel right at home the moment you enter the door. Views are amazing and Richard was very friendly. The location is very good if you plan on exploring the peninsula or hang around the beach towns around.
It's a pity that the sauna can only be used in the morning/early afternoon when the cleaning staff is on site. Would have loved to have the possibility to enjoy it in the evenings when getting back from hikes.
