The load shedding. Property should have a generator or an invertor to overcome the load shedding experience.

Simply everything - a hidden gem!!

The place was spacious and spotlessly clean. I felt very safe . The outdoor pool was perfect for a quick dip to cool down . The views from the balcony were stunning . We took a walk to beach at the end of the street . There's so many good eating places in simons town and St James Bay. Also 5 min drive away you can see all the penguins on the beach . We also drove to Cape Town City and got a boat ride to robbin Island. Another beautiful drive was chapmans peak . We had busy days and it was such a pleasure knowing I was going to chill on a beautiful balcony drinking wine at this house . On arrival the Host Chris was there to greet us with a splendid red wine and chocolates. This was definitely the nicest house I've ever stayed in and I'm already checking my work diary to see when I can rebook again. Thank you Chris . You made our trip to South Africa magical by letting us stay at your house .

What I didn't like was leaving this large wonderful house and going back to England to my small house.
