Good size for a family of four and a great location
Problems with parking on arrival however the nice man at the Featherstone Arms let us park .No tea towels and not enough cutlery for 4 people this was addressed the next day .

The location was perfect as we needed somewhere close to Warwick Castle - which was only a five minute walk away. There was a small shop a few doors down where we could buy milk and essentials. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to rustle up a basic spaghetti carbonara. The heating worked really well and hot water was available all the time.

Excellent location for the racecourse and town generally.
It’s very tired and needs updating and tidying up. It wasn’t clean in some parts. A previous occupant’s half empty coke bottle under the settee, for one example. The garden is totally overgrown and scruffy.
