Ok if U don't have other options

Property was cute and owners were quite nice. Location is fairly close to hospital.

It is a very small sublet and also old so the heating wasn't optimal and I felt very cold most of the time. Quite expensive for the size and condition though (half a month's rent for 5 days of stay 💀💀)

Lovely, comfortable stay

A lovely, comfortable, overnight stay for work. It was well equipped and great to have essentials of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and bottled water in the fridge. Welcome bottles of wine, much appreciated and a nice touch. Bed soooooo comfy! Easy no contact check in, host did drop by later to see all was ok too. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great little flat on a quiet street perfect for a short stay

A really cosy flat walking distance to Warwick centre which has everything you need for a short stay. The little touches of tea, coffee, cereal and wine are much appreciated. We will definitely stay again!

Comfortable and convenient for a short break in Warwick.

Little touches such as milk in the fridge. Flat was cosy with good decor. Felt homely. Area is very quiet. We had two cars and there was space outside for both. Owners are in the adjoining property which is reassuring.

Flat is VERY small - we had travelled from a previous hotel and were moving on to another so we had a couple of bags and cases which there was no room for other than on the lounge floor.

Cosy, comfortable, quiet, well equipped accommodation in an excellent location. Off road parking. Only 5 minutes walk to the canal path and 25 minute walk into Warwick.

My hosts were just so kind and welcoming. The flat is well equipped and very comfortable. There are so many kind and thoughtful touches like mill, cereal, wine and shampoo. Thank you for all you did to make me welcome.

A comfortable accommodation that was ideal for our requirements.

Perfect location with a short walk into Warwick town centre. A separate lounge/kitchen area to relax. Garden accessible to sit outside in the sunshine. A welcome gesture of 2 small bottles of wine was a pleasant surprise. Milk provided along with cereal for breakfast.

I was very pleased with the accommodation and would stay there again, should we return to Warwick.

The accommodation was above and beyond our expectations. The owners supplied additonal items e.g. wine, milk, tea, coffee etc which was very much appreciated.

I would have liked a bedside lamp. It would have been better if the bed wasn't against the wall; however, I do appreciate that with the limited space this was not possible.

The Hosts with the Most

Everything you could need for a brief stay. The hosts have really put thought into appointing this tiny home. It is comfortable and clean. We were there as backpackers so didn’t have a car but we walked to the train station, downtown, and castle. No problem. The hosts are so kind and generous. Oh my goodness. So kind.

Excellent accommodation and restful stay

From point of booking communication was excellent. Exceptionally clean apartment with ‘home from home’ touches. The owner has put so much thought into making this property wonderful. Additional items provided were gratefully welcomed (milk, cereal, biscuits, water and wine). Everything you could possibly need for a stay, including a variety of pots, pans, fridge and washing machine including washing up and bathing items. Towels were so soft! Unfortunately we were only at the property overnight so were unable to make use of the back garden. We had a wonderful stay in this quiet residential street. Parking was easy too. Main bed in bedroom was very comfortable and surprisingly the sofa bed was too, unlike some I have slept on. A wonderful stay in a lovely and clean apartment. I would choose to stay here again over other well known hotels who do not out so much thought in to their accommodation. Thank you

All you need for a short break

The extra little touches. Everything for a cup of tea or coffee on arrival, even some biscuits. Also, the complimentary wine. Very clean linen and towels, also little bottles of hand lotion and shower wash. The apartment was well furnished and decorated. Was nice to meet the hosts
