It was that bad I tried phoning around to find another B&B
Bedroom was new as was hallway
Bad area, car getting damaged. The outside was very untidy with ashtrays full and fags all over the floor. Not seen a cleaner in months. At night no flood lights. Rear door needs seeing to. No light on the inside and the list goes on and on. I'd would advise to book elsewhere.

Good for a night in Warwick
They very kindly let me check in way earlier than planned so I could leave my bag and not carry it with me all day long. Bed was comfortable There was a kettle with tea bags, hot chocolate, etc perfect to warm up after a day visiting Warwick Castle Location, just facing the racecourse, was perfect as I was running Warwick half-marathon and the start and finish lines were there
The bathroom - which is shared and I didn’t mind this at all - is a need of a good refurbishment And music was playing very loud, even after the pub closing time, which was not ideal

Lovely dog friendly place to stay, not far from the town. Value for money place to stay.
The pub was lovely and the room was nice and big. Very clean with plenty of tea, coffee, water, biscuits and even toothbrushes. This room is big enough to have a bathroom in it, and such a shame it hasn't they could ask alot more money for it. The amount I paid, I would definitely say it is value for money. The bed was very large and comfy. It's in a great location. It was a bit noisy. But didn't bother us. So anyone looking for a quiet place this isn't for you.
The lock on the door could do with repairing wasn't very secure. Apart from this a great little place.
