The room was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good quality bedding.
Fabulous shower.
The host was so accommodating & responsive, I left a few items & she went above & beyond to return said items.
We would highly recommend to family visiting the local area & will definitely stay again.
Quiet & peaceful location & if you use google maps it takes you directly to the accommodation despite what previous reviews have said.

Immaculate room and en-suite, little necessities added which was a nice touch, convenient for us visiting family in Brean.
The drive way to the property, which we were advised was the next project on the property to do.

The room and location were lovely and a friendly welcome once in the property
I thought 4pm being allowed into the room was a little late as you have to be out by 11am. We arrived at 330pm and I was made to sit outside with my child in the car until 4, I thought this was excessive as no-one came to or left the property, it annoyed me slightly
