Clean and modern

I liked how clean and modern the room was and the bed was very comfy. It's a nice feature to have the decking areas outside of room.

The property is not very well signposted when we arrived I had no idea if we were in the right location so I had to call but the phone number on the email was for a different b and b so I went onto booking dot com app where I found the correct number. Also, there was a mix-up as the host didn't realise I had two rooms booked so only had one room ready for me so I had to wait 40 minutes for the second room to be ready.

Beautiful, comfortable room, in a very peaceful setting, the bed was amazing. The owners were lovely and really helpful when we contacted them beforehand. Would definitely recommend.

The area is beautiful plenty of fresh air I like a cold room and leaving a door open made it perfect for me

The overexceeding on expectations. Left us to our privacy, made it clear that any requests would be dealt with immediately, and genuinely enjoyed the whole atmosphere

Nice clean rooms nice host place was very clean and had all you needed

Very hard to locate but did speak with host who helped took me a while to find and it’s a shared balcony other than that it was lovely

Brean rooms

The room and location were lovely and a friendly welcome once in the property

I thought 4pm being allowed into the room was a little late as you have to be out by 11am. We arrived at 330pm and I was made to sit outside with my child in the car until 4, I thought this was excessive as no-one came to or left the property, it annoyed me slightly

Fabulous! Comfortable and great location

Excellent in every way! It’s all new and modern, bed is comfortable, TV is big, bathroom is lovely. Tea and coffee and biscuits available, plenty of storage, extra pillows and blankets. Location is also great, we walked to the beach and to friends in a nearby camp, to the theme park, water park etc.

Fantastic weekend away

The room was really spacious, bed was large and comfy. Perfect night's sleep. Bathroom was very modern and shower was lovely. Host was so helpful when we arrived. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

The sign to property was quite small but used Google maps and found it easily after that.

It's was amazing place very welcoming and friendly hosts Very clean room and lovely little touches fresh flowers in the room smells lovely. There was coffee teas Hot chocolate and latte and biscuits so lots of choices were great the bed was very comfortable and fresh towels the bathroom had little touchs like shower gel shampoo great value for the money and close to beach and places to go bus stop right outside we will be staying again had a great night sleep was very quiet and relaxing A*****

Posh modern room

Very posh, clean and warm. The staff/owners were nice. Hot chocolate and biscuits were a nice touch. Comfy very large bed. Great heavy duvet. Clean towels each day. Lovely balcony.

There were no hangers when we arrived. We couldn't get wifi and the tele didn't work. There was no reply to my email or answer phone message. By the next day they answered my call and sorted it out. It would be helpful if a wifi password was given out before arrival or written down somewhere in the room.

Lovely staycation.

I was shocked at how lovely this room was. Compliments to the owner who was very happy to replace things we weren't sure about. But we were fine with it the way it was. One disappointment was we couldn't get the TV on correctly., kept asking for password or pin ? Wasn't going to make a fuss for one night . So 10-10 we will go again for sure. Great Stay! Would Highly Recommend!

We had a great stay, the bed was so comfy felt bigger than a super king. The host gave us some fresh biscuits and milk even though we had some packed ones already in the room. We had fresh towels and supplies provided for us to have showers. The room was very clean and it was good that we had our own entrance so we dont have to be in at a certain time but being reasonable. We would definitly book again when we are in the local area 😄

There are only a couple of things that could be improved on: 1.We would have liked to have wifi as sometimes our phones wouldnt connect. 2. We did have an issue at the start with finding the accommodation so we called the number on booking.com and was directed straight to the property. (This cant be helped but advising others to call before arriving) 3. Maybe having a contential option for breakfast as it is currently room only.
