The property is really well located and beautiful - just like the photos. Immaculately clean and all of the little touches taken care of like milk in the fridge, coffee machine with pods etc. The host was very responsive when I asked for some options for parking. Checkout is also 11:30am so less of a rush the next day. One of the best places I have stayed in! Will keep this property saved and book this one again if I am in the area. We loved the stay.

Nothing apart from no parking but that’s because it’s so central

Stayed at this property last weekend with my two children, I was so impressed I made a second booking before i left. The decor through-out the property was done to such i high standard, everything you could possibly need was provide. Location was perfect, a little noisy at night due to a local bar down the road, but the boxing was on so was to be expected. This really was a home from home experience. An for the cost of our stay extremely good value for money. Could recommend this property more, you will not be disappointed.

Very very nice property indeed, fresh and stylish decor, comfortable beds, great lighting to give a cosy feel.

The location between two pubs was a bit noisy on the Saturday night and it felt a little sketchy outside when we walked back from the car around the time of last orders. It was hard to load and unload the car with no parking outside. There was no freezer

The front doors lock is abit temperamental, you have to make sure the door is locked when just pulling shut…my Shih tzu managed to get out as kids hadn’t shut door securely, nightmare situation but we did manage to locate him after running around for an hour.

Good size appartment. Central to town. Good shower. Sofa bed plus double bed. Two toilets. Decent kitchen. Modern fittings and clean.

No parking at the property. Some basic granola / cereal for breakfast would have been good. Slightly noisy street. Beds softer than our preference.

Beautiful apartment- spacious and amazingly well furnished. A real treat!

Very well placed for High Street, beach and in our case, relatives homes. Access to property was straight forward but also secure with friendly and clear instructions from the owner / manager. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with loads of both natural and artificial light as needed. The windows opening in various ways and being dual aspect in the bedroom so as to take best advantage of the sea breeze (wind) on a hot day is very useful. A fan was also provided. We also appreciated there being a loo on both floors. The shower was great, I didn't want to get out! Impeccably clean, there are no tell tale signs that it is dog friendly and I'd be happy to bring my own along next time we visit Burnham. It really was lovely, I hope to stay again and am happy to recommend it to others.

I loved the apartment, it was so cute. Really stylish, warm, gorgeous details. A crib was made up for my baby, had great facilities, Wi-Fi, a fan, 2 toilets, excellent

No free parking but that’s ok , it was in centre of town so still a great location

The property was beautiful and very clean, the homely touches gave it a home from home vibe.

The apartment is in a excellent location so close to everything including beach arcades shops. The rooms are absolutely spotless and modern absolutely love the downstairs toilet my son had hisnown bathroom !

Tastefully decorated and very comfortable and in a central location.

It was very warm and we had to have the windows open but they only opened a small amount and didn’t let enough air in. Entirely for safety reasons but still too warm. Also as the windows were open it was very noisy. Lots of pubs around and loud drunk people shouting and singing, a few people knocking on the front door and boy racers driving up and down. Not the apartments fault.

Wow! This is next level amazing. The place is soo cleaned and well looked after. Very easy and smooth check in. The facilities are like brand new and had everything you could possibly need. The apartment is spacious and in a great location near food, shops and the beach front.

A little gem on our stopover on the way to Cornwall, luxury apartment and it felt like a lot of thought had gone into making it a comfortable place to stay. We had a takeaway from the Chinese opposite and the food was delicious! If we come this way again we would definitely pick here!

There was a bit of noise from the pub round the corner but it did quiet down later in the night. I imagine because it was a Friday night it was probably livelier than other days of the week. It didn’t affect our stay

Bed was really comfortable, the travel cot was well presented for my little one he had a really good sleep, shower was great had all the stuff we needed in apartment and located close to shops and restaurants. With the beach not too far away

There wasn't anything it met our expectations

Absolutely beautiful apartment! Furnished and finished to a very high standard, genuine luxury! The owner also provided dog bowls and treats for our doggy which was a lovely touch. Overall we were very impressed. The beach is lovely as well, and gets much more natural if you walk east.

This was such a beautiful apartment, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Anita was quick to respond to questions and the instructions for entry were clear. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was one street away from the promenade for the beach. The dog friendly beach further along was amazing, we ran for an hour and much of the time we had the beach entirely to ourselves. The dog loved the freedom to run and explore. A very relaxing place to stay.

Loved the decor, quality bedding & towels,, airiness of the apartment, and 2nd tiolet. Loved that the key was just in a lock box. The host was very charming and allowed us to have our three Springer spaniels with us. Making a lovely weekend away with my mother on the sofa bed. Parking and lack of a garden / outside space was a potential problem which we knew on booking, which we overcome.

The location was as described, however near a rowdy pub, which was noisy into the early hours. The property is beautiful furnished, and we would love to stay again, however some basics were missing, that can be easily remedied... - No baking trays for cooking, - No serving spoons, so was difficult to dish out our takeaway, - A mismatch of cutlery, we feel this needs replacing as this doesn't lend itself to the luxury aire advertised. - There's a tiny dish rack that the large plates don't even fit in, so a proper dish rack is required, - A fan was in the bedroom, but there was no fan for the living room area / for the sofa bed user, in the hot weather. Further suggestions of other items that could easily be purchased for users: - A tiny 1 cup of milk bottle was left as a welcoming gesture, but the host knew three adults were staying, so wasn't very helpful and welcoming. - No guest book to read others reviews, - A note pad and pen would have been handy. If we had stayed longer than a couple of days we would have wanted/needed: - A dressing table in the bedroom with some added drawers, - A Freezer, - Washing machine, - Dishwasher, Perhaps consider making the window seats open for storage (for sofa-bed bedding), then remove ottoman, and add an armchair (?) thus allowing for 3-4 adults staying. Thanks
