We really appreciated the use of entry codes rather than physical keys to retrieve (& lose).
The location was great; it was walking distance to everything we were seeking.
The balcony was a wonderful bonus.
There is nothing we can say that we did not like.

La hubicacion y que no se percibe ruido exterior.
Wifi pésimo, el agua se salía de la bañera y llegaba a la habitación, la lavadora no funcionaba….La limpieza no fue completada ya que vi cosas por el suelo, objetos de aretes plásticos, cabellos.

The check in process was simple. I received an email before arriving and it contained codes and clear directions to access the building. The location was great! Quiet, and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Washer and dryer in the unit was nice, as I washed clothes before going home. Access to extra towels was nice, but it wasn't communicated where they were.
The unit was on the 3rd floor, which made it hard to carry luggage. The bathroom sink leaked, as well as under the doors in the living room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable- very hard, and you could feel the springs pressing into your back and side. Not many towels were given, but we discovered on the 3rd day that they were in a closet at the entrance. Lastly, the shower was not clean when we arrived. There was still hair in the shower.
