From the home, you can walk to the cruise port, the waterfront, El Morro, Castillo San Cristóbal, Plaza Colón, shops, museums, and many of the best restaurants and bars in the city. Many buildings in this neighborhood are over 100 to 300 years old, and some original materials are preserved because they are part of the historic identity of the city. Because this is a tropical island and a historic coastal neighborhood, you may occasionally see mosquitoes or small tropical insects, especially near patios, open doors, or outdoor areas. We do our best to maintain and treat the home regularly, but this is a normal part of life in Puerto Rico and Old San Juan.
