Out side chair and table was to old like quality was not good.

Accommodation was comfortable, well equipped and in a good location, close to Yarmouth.

The firm whom we made the booking through sent us a message demanding more money after we booked it, we thought it was a scam. This was very distressing for us both, and the company, Sykes, were unreachable by phone and by message. All we got were automated replies. I spent much time on hold to both them and booking.com, whom would not cancel the booking. Based on this very bad customer service experience, we have marked down our overall score considerably. We have learned valuable lessons about paying upfront and not being able to cancel if something goes wrong.
