Convenient location and comes with most of the needed amenities.

Outside garden furniture were not tidy to use.

Well equipped , clean and plenty of hot water - good showers .

No welcome pack of tea coffee and milk which would have been nice. ( have had this in other places booked via booking.com). Next to construction site - diggers started work just after 8 in the morning but very quiet when got back in the evening .Maybe price reflected this but did not see mentioned when booking. Asked to strip beds which is perfectly fine but mattress cover and duvet on double bed stained from prior use - suggest these are replaced or bleached so clean . Better instructions to get to property as numbers of houses do not follow as they are plot numbers so confusing at first. Maybe refer to the site map located near car park at start of pathways. We had some heavy evening showers and gutter at back leaks badly.

Plenty of space, good size rooms. Well-equipped kitchen and good bathroom facilities.

The pillows were really poor. They are lumpy and just need to be replaced. Otherwise the beds were very comfortable.
