It was very light and airy, bedrooms were a good size and nice area of decking out the back of the property.

Only downside was no enclosed garden and the shower screen in the family bathroom couldn’t be moved in order to get in and out of the bath more easily.

Great little cottage, perfect for a family of 5, very clean & good value for money.

It was quite a walk from Yarmouth, particularly with young kids in tow. Duvets and pillows were not great quality.

Property is located in a well secured place and quite place conducive for sound rest and relaxation that you needed most when your on your holiday. It is considerably clean with just minor slip of its touches eg missed to clean the oven, freezer and has web/ spiders on the windows and garden.

There is no reception desk on the area, you will have to find your way on the site map or ask anyone in the vicinity where your cottage is located. You have to look on the house portfolio to find out what you need to know about the property. The WIFi doesn’t work on your gadgets. When you ring the caretaker I have been advice to ring or message the owner. I have messaged the owner through booking , unfortunately no response from the team. Good thing I have the itinerary for the whole trip that we were only home at night time.
