Michaelmas Cottage

Michaelmas Cottage was the perfect location for us! The location is good as we prefer the quiet side of the Island. It was less than a 20min walk to our favourite bay and there were plenty of local takeaways which we enjoyed for evening meals. The cottage was beautifully themed and clean and tidy throughout. We particularly enjoyed the pool table! Everything was to hand in the kitchen and there is a lovely garden if you fancy sitting out in the evening. The cottage is a good size for a big family.

Nothing, it was great!

Perfect location. Lovely and clean, super comfy beds, nice big bathroom, lovely big garden and cool little games room with a pool table. Kitchen well equipped with crockery, cutlery, cookware and with lots of basic necessities like teabags and cooking oil, salt and pepper available. Washing detergent and a washing machine with a nice big washing line. Just home from home!

Location was great, near to the beach and close to the shops. West Wight is a beautiful area.

Some of the crockery was chipped and pans left dirty. Some of the kitchen cupboards & skirting boards weren’t clean. Felt it needed a bit of updating to bring it into the 21st century- toilet roll holders, blinds in the bathroom etc.
