Serendipity

Locality was excellent, very clean accommodation, very well stocked kitchen with wide variety of utensils etc, comfortable beds, everything you could need for a family.

It would have been nice to have fresh milk left in the fridge rather than UHT, and salt /pepper. On the first evening we noticed a rather nasty smell in the lounge and bathroom. The bathroom smell did go as the window was opened and room used. However the smell continued in the lounge, but strangely only in the evening. We wondered if it was drain related. But it was quite nasty. This was our only criticism.

Great location

Very clean and spacious for our family of four. Colwell Bay just down the road with cafe and beach shop. We recommend searching for dinosaur footprints at Compton Bay and counting how many lizards you see at Ventor Botanical Gardens!

Our stay is wonderful and everyone loved it.

The communication from the hoist, cleanliness and the thought to put the right furniture in right place. We loved the small games provided, the audio and video collection is the house.

It would be greatly appreciated if they provide a little extra sugar blocks and some minimal required groceries like slat and pepper.
