8 Munday Cottages

The cottage was spacious, well appointed and clean. Absolutely perfect for our needs.

Small point having found the site, it wasn't obvious where the cottage was and we found it almost by luck.

Clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Close to town centre.

Very difficult to get in to the property as on the instructions it says to call the host on arrival. I messaged and phoned the host when we arrived (which was a time prearranged) and she did not reply to my message and the call went to voicemail. She returned my call 3hours later. Luckily, a neighbour was nearby who knew the key code and told us it, otherwise we would have been waiting for 3 hours. I can't see why she doesn't put the code on the instructions, it would make entry for her clients so much easier. She did say I could have contacted her the day before to get the code but on the instructions it says if you need any help beforehand contact the host, I presumed that this was if you had any questions, which I didn't., I thought she would have answered my call/text on arrival as she knew when we were arriving hence why I did not contact her beforehand. This was really disappointing for the start of our break away.

it was very difficult to collect the keys because the owner/manager forgot to send us the safe code.

The bungalow was lovely kitchen had everything needed and everything was clean and tidy

On arrival we couldn’t get hold of the host for the code for the lockbox to gain entry, we called another number provided for a company that looks after the property and they could not get hold of the host either! Frustrating system, the host could provide the code by email on day of arrival that would be much simpler.
