Totally recommend this apartment! We had a very pleasant stay and had everything we needed!
Francesca is a wonderful host and her apartment is very beautiful! It was extremely clean, comfortable, in a quiet area. The apartment has everything you need: comfortable beds, bathroom in each room, coffee machine and coffee pods, even drinks! You have everything you need there and parking also free on the street!

性价比满满的超值好名宿
1：房子容易找到，公寓门口一排都可以停车。自驾开到市区只要10分钟，但是价格比市区便宜。 2：房间很干净，每个房间都有空调。很多温馨有心思的小设计，房东非常的用心。 3：除了洗碗机，厨房其他设备都有了，咖啡机和咖啡胶囊，冰箱的软饮都准备了。 4房东回复也很及时，我们提前20分钟临时决定去入住，房东也很快的赶到了，非常感谢！ 5：2个浴室水流都很大，水温也很容易调节，非常满意。 总体非常推荐和满意，如果再次回来，依然会选择！
枕头过高了，而且有点硬。如果可以提供2种不同类型的枕头就完美了。另外楼上隔音效果不是最好。但是这些都是小问题，依然非常推荐！

Accoglienza e comfort come a casa
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole presso la struttura Nica. L’appartamento era pulito, ben attrezzato e in una posizione comoda per visitare la zona. Un ringraziamento speciale a Francesca, la proprietaria, per la sua disponibilità, professionalità e gentilezza. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato le attenzioni riservate ai bambini, con piccoli giochi che li hanno resi felici fin dal primo giorno. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio, soprattutto per le famiglie!
