A truly disappointing experience. This hotel clearly lacks basic hospitality standards and proper guest service. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and I unfortunately experienced what felt like discriminatory treatment, particularly from the Front Office Manager, Grace.
The music was extremely loud and disturbing, continuing until 2:00 AM, making it very difficult to sleep.
The hotel is also overpriced compared with other hotels in the same area. I paid around $150 per night, without breakfast, and when I asked for an iron to press my clothes, I was told that the hotel did not have one available.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would definitely not stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good hospitality, comfort, and respectful treatment.
