Very noisy at night after the party due to other guests being too loud and not respecting other guests, I did not see this last time but there were to many young people shouting late at night Also no Iron at the hotel

Location was good. In the middle of Chaweng, everything is nearby but it's such a tourist location and very loud - partying every day and night with djs and drunk people around. The beds were quite comfy and the room nice and tidy.

The staff didn't care at all about questions we had or any request we asked. They obviously didn't care to accommodate us and the only thing they care is about money. The first day we had a whole new situation because I asked for a 3rd bathroom towel and they even sent someone to investigate our room and they even got in the bathroom which was unacceptable. The security at the entrance was very rude started yelling at me and insulting me in their native language. In general there wasn't the nice, friendly hospitality I received in other islands.
