LOVE Beach Club

Unfortunately, my experience at Love Beach Club was very disappointing, both because of the nighttime noise and the way a problem in my room was handled. The noise continued even after the DJ finished. People kept talking loudly and shouting, making it impossible for me to sleep and rest. One afternoon, when I returned to the hotel, the receptionist simply informed me that one of my bottles had broken inside the fridge. When I entered my room, I found that housekeeping had serviced the room but had left the problem inside the fridge unresolved. The fridge was set to its maximum cooling setting and had frozen the drinks, including the water. One of my wine bottles had broken after freezing. I expected a hotel fridge to keep drinks cold and had no reason to imagine they would freeze. I ended up removing the bottles and cleaning everything myself, dealing with the risk of broken glass. Housekeeping staff were sent later, but by then I had already finished the cleanup. I was not offered a replacement or any compensation for the lost bottle. I felt poorly supported. Since the hotel already knew about the broken bottle before I returned, I expected them to remove the glass, clean the fridge and address the temperature setting promptly. Between the lack of sleep and the handling of this incident, I felt so disappointed that I decided to leave two days earlier than planned. This experience significantly affected my stay.

A truly disappointing experience. This hotel clearly lacks basic hospitality standards and proper guest service. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and I unfortunately experienced what felt like discriminatory treatment, particularly from the Front Office Manager, Grace. The music was extremely loud and disturbing, continuing until 2:00 AM, making it very difficult to sleep. The hotel is also overpriced compared with other hotels in the same area. I paid around $150 per night, without breakfast, and when I asked for an iron to press my clothes, I was told that the hotel did not have one available. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would definitely not stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good hospitality, comfort, and respectful treatment.
