Overall, the experience at this resort was amazing. The staff was so accommodating in the swimming pool was great. The cute little transfer bus they had to take us down to the beach club was wicked

1. Beautiful modern design The hotel has a stunning modern aesthetic with a clean white color palette. It feels fresh, elegant, and every corner is incredibly photogenic. 2. Excellent check-in service The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. They were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the check-in process. 3. Convenient guest application The hotel provides its own mobile application where guests can chat with staff, request amenities, and report any issues. It’s a nice modern feature. 4. Great location and layout I liked that the hotel and beach club are separated, making the hotel feel more peaceful while still offering easy access to the beach club. 5. Complimentary beach club shuttle The free shuttle between the hotel and the beach club was very convenient. Transportation to other locations is also available for an additional charge (tourist rates). 6. Comfortable room amenities The room was well-equipped with strong air conditioning, a Smart TV, an incredibly comfortable sofa, and high-quality bathroom amenities. 👎 Areas for Improvement 7. No in-room telephone Since the hotel relies on the mobile app, there isn’t a telephone in the room. While the app works well for general requests, calling reception would be much faster and more convenient for urgent matters. 8. Strong bathroom drain odor The biggest issue during my stay was the unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain, especially during the evening and at night. This definitely needs improvement. 9. Mirror and power outlet placement The only mirror is inside the bathroom, which isn’t practical if two or three people are sharing a room. It would also be much more convenient to have power outlets next to the bed or sofa instead of only near the sink and underneath the TV. 10. Bathroom privacy The bathroom design seems to be intended for couples. The glass partition allows silhouettes to be seen quite clearly, so it may feel uncomfortable when staying with friends. The room layout is better suited for couples than groups of friends. ⭐ Overall Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel’s design, atmosphere, service, and comfort were excellent. With a few practical improvements, especially regarding room functionality and the bathroom odor, I believe the guest experience could be even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel, particularly for couples looking for a stylish and relaxing stay in Koh Samui.

While this resort has potential, several major maintenance and comfort issues held it back from being a great stay. The biggest downside was the bed, which was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Outdoors, the pool water clearly wasn’t being properly treated, leaving it looking visibly unclean. Additionally, the grounds need much better upkeep, the gardens were poorly maintained, which unfortunately led to a noticeable cockroach problem around the property.
