Elephant Beach Club & Resort Samui

Elephant Beach Resort is a nice and sweet hotel, and the staff is very friendly! We stayed for just one night in a bungalow, which was a little small, but completely fine for a short stay. We arrived on a Saturday and didn't realize there's a weekly party, so it was really loud until around 2:30 AM. Personally, I prefer quieter areas over the crowded energy of Chaweng, and this hotel places you right in the center of everything. It's definitely less suited for families with little children due to the nightlife vibe, but overall it's a great hotel for a quick stay in the heart of the action!

Very clean room. Excellent location for main strip of action although the beach is prettier further up the beach. Unfortunately the resort had a plumbing issue and hence we had no water to shower on two seperate occasions.

أبرز ما يميز المنتجع هو موقعه الاستثنائي في منطقة تشاوينغ (Chaweng)، حيث يقع مباشرة على الشاطئ وبالقرب من الأسواق والمطاعم والمقاهي، مما يجعل التنقل والوصول إلى جميع الخدمات سهلًا جدًا. لكن، للأسف، مستوى المنتجع لا يتناسب مع سعره المرتفع. فهو يفتقر إلى العديد من الخدمات الأساسية مثل خدمة الغرف (Room Service) ووجود هاتف داخل الغرفة للتواصل مع الاستقبال. كما أن الغرف صغيرة جدًا، والحمامات ضيقة للغاية، وتصميمها غير عملي؛ فباب الحمام لا يوفر الخصوصية الكافية، بالإضافة إلى أن شفاط التهوية يقع بجانب المرحاض مباشرة، وهو تصميم غير مريح، خاصة للعائلات. بشكل عام، أرى أن المنتجع مناسب لمن يبحث عن موقع مميز فقط، أما من يبحث عن الراحة والمساحات الواسعة والخدمات المتكاملة، وخاصة العائلات العربية، فقد لا يكون الخيار الأنسب. وبصراحة، أرى أن سعر الإقامة مرتفع مقارنةً بما يقدمه المنتجع من مرافق وخدمات ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) The best thing about this resort is its excellent location in Chaweng. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the city center, making it very convenient. Unfortunately, the facilities and services do not justify the high room rates. The resort lacks basic amenities such as room service and even a telephone in the room to contact the reception. The rooms are also very small, and the bathrooms are extremely compact. The bathroom door does not provide enough privacy, and the exhaust fan is located right next to the toilet, which is not a practical design. Overall, the rooms feel too small, especially for families. In my opinion, this resort is suitable if your main priority is the location. However, if you are looking for spacious rooms, better facilities, and full hotel services, especially for Arab families, this may not be the best choice. Considering what it offers, I believe the price is too high. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) Главное преимущество этого курорта — его отличное расположение в районе Чавенг (Chaweng). Дверь ванной комнаты не обеспечивает достаточной приватности, а вытяжной вентилятор расположен прямо рядом с унитазом, что является не самым удачным решением. В целом номера кажутся слишком маленькими, особенно для семей. На мой взгляд, этот курорт подойдет тем, для кого главное — удачное расположение. Но если вы ищете просторные номера, более высокий уровень сервиса и полноценные гостиничные услуги, особенно для семей, то это место может вас разочаровать. Считаю, что цена слишком высокая по сравнению с тем, что предлагает этот курорт.
