Place was :
- real clean and host was easy to contact for needs
- secure with each building having a security detail.
- there were amenities that one could use
- even with a scheduled power outage for a whole day , there was a dedicated power line connected to the generator to run at least a fan and charge your phone
The way the building is ran by administration which is no longer the fault of the unit owner.
I understand security but I wish the building admin had a way to connect with owners who rent out their place , wherein a scannable QR code is provided to the renters. We were there 14 days , in the beginning, it was a chore to have to give your unit number, and name each time you access the place , until security started recognizing us .So basically this is not a homeowner problem but the admin
Also wish that the property owner had a parking spot for guests .

Safe, clean, convenient, pool, bathroom, gym, netflix.
When it rains, the droplets drop on top of the aircon which makes a sound and it could be annoying when sleeping at night
