    We chose to stay at this hotel primarily because of its location. It’s just about three minutes away from my daughter’s school, and we had an event to attend. I wanted to be present in real time without worrying about traffic, so the convenience was a big factor for us. Overall, our stay was good. The staff were very accommodating, polite, and responsive, which we truly appreciated. However, I do have a few suggestions for improvement. I hope the team can do a quick room inspection before allowing guests to check in. When we entered, the floor was a bit dusty. Since I have kids with me, I had to wipe it down first before letting them move around comfortably. The bathroom (CR) was also not quite what I expected in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. The food was great and we enjoyed it, although it was a bit on the expensive side. One concern was the foul odor noticeable upon entering the hotel. I’m not sure if it was coming from the garbage area or the sewer, but it was quite strong. I hope management can look into this, as first impressions really matter. Despite these concerns, we still had a good stay because of the very convenient location and the accommodating staff. With improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel can definitely provide an even better experience.
