    The personal is amazing. They help you literally with everything. The facilities are really clean and also is really close to the port. 100% recommended.

    Yes, I recommend this place. You can have a pretty decent stay while you’re in Dumaguete. If you walk straight toward the sea, it’s just a few blocks away, and along the way you’ll find some highly recommended cafés and restaurants with sea views and good food options.

    Pros: 1. besides the highway 2. relatively clean 3. can be quiet 4. kitchen can utilized 5. has water dispenser 6. has a fridge 7. has a locker Cons: 1. while it's location beside the highway is okay, it is also one of the causes of noise 2. gate makes a lot of noise - needs grease (reason i am always woken up) 3. bed creaks and wobble so it's annoying if you have a bunkmate 4. no bed privacy curtain (a foreigner was m*sturbating, i need not see that) 5. bed light has a cool light but too bright (privacy curtain can block some of the brightness) 6. blanket is too narrow 7. only one (1) pillow 8. bring-your-own padlock for the locker
