    We had a very enjoyable week-long stay and highly recommend. Every single member of their staff were absolutely terrific! Special thanks to Benedict for going above and beyond in making our stay so perfect. Also, thanks to Viana for her warm, friendly, and informative conversations at breakfast. The breakfast quality was very good and had enough variety. Note: the hotel is in somewhat of a "soft open" phase, so some facilities aren't finished or quite up to snuff yet. (e.g. the pool itself is open, and I enjoyed a dip, but the pool area (bathroom, lounge chairs, etc.) isn't ready yet.

    This hotel opened in August 2026 and workers are still present completing it. Don't let this put you off staying here. Every member of staff is excellent, courteous and helpful. Room is fine ( it's new! ). Very good breakfast but note on weekends they allow non resident walk ins and so you may have to wait for a table. Nice swimming pool on the 9th floor although no chairs or loungers which was disappointing. Room Improvements: A small closet should be provided and the only mirror is in the bathroom. Above everything else, did I mention how good the staff are?

    Good location. A bit of walk to the boulevard but still walkable. Great service from the staff especially Jane from reception, and Rica, Viana and Mariel (Pinoy version of Lily James hehe) from the restaurant. All very friendly, approachable and have given us recommendations on what to do and where to go in Dumaguete. They prepared breakfast for us to take to the airport on our early morning flight. During our stay, only up to the 6th floor is operational plus the pool on the 9th. They informed us about ongoing minor jobs on the 4th floor (where we are staying) but haven't really noticed any. Don't rely on the photos you see in Agoda as most seem to be renders that don't look like the actual. Bed is a bit firm, no hand soap in the sink, the shower door and floor are not able to hold the water in (leaks to the toilet area). Otherwise, all good. Our stay overall was still satisfactory.

    So happy this new hotel opened. You really get you money’s worth. Rooms are big and clean and the staff were awesome and eager to serve. Best new hotel in dumaguete
