I booked a week in advance because of a scheduled brown out in our area and I have WFH so I need a place with electricity and wifi. The staff is easy to reach which is nice.
However, since the check in time is 2 PM and my work starts at 12:30, I reached out to them multiple times for an early check in.
2 days before check in, I called them for the earliest check in time and they said 12 Noon
1 day before check in, I confirm with them again and they said we can check in 12 Noon since their guess check out at 11 AM
On the day of my booking, I called at around 9AM and they said I can check in at 11 am which i was so glad because I need enough time to set up. I arrived there at around 10;45 but they said they will call first the current guess occupying the room. So I thought 11 am check in is impossible because they havent clean the room yet. I asked if i can do 12, and they said Yes. I patiently waited for an hour but another staff approached me and said we cant check in at 12, the earliest is 1 or 1:30. I got so disappointed because of this because they made me wait for 2 hours yet they did not even offer anything complimentary. The room is very nice and is affordable, i hope they can improve their bookings and check ins moving forward to avoid delays and hassle in both ends.
