The Hideaway Glamping Pod 2 With Hot Tub & Cold Shower

Great location, very easy to get to. Super cozy, the place was spotless. Hot tub completely made our trip it was amazing and the hosts were incredibly.

There was nothing I disliked about the property

The pod was cozy and had all needed facilities: double bed, power shower, mini fridge and the hot tub was amazing. It was warm on arrival.

Checkin was 4pm, but I wasn’t given details on how to enter until 4.30pm. I arrived at 3.30pm. I let myself in which was fine, but had I not gotten lucky someone let me in at the gate (another guest) I think I’d have been stuck. I was then stuck getting into the pod. I would suggest emailing guests the codes and details morning of check in systematically. The pod wasn’t clean. There were cobwebs around the door and windows, women’s hair and a hair bobbin on the window sill. I’m not a stickler for cleanliness but it felt like a quick wipe down was done not a thorough cleaning. Checkout was 10am. 4pm checkin and 10am check out made me feel like I had very little time to enjoy the facilities. I would have loved to have more time admiring the horses and gorgeous views from the hot tub. I’ve found 2-3pm to be standard and before that is always appreciated. Check out should be 11am earliest. If communication, cleanliness and host timings were improved, this place would be 5 stars. I do not give constructive feedback lightly, I hope it is taken onboard because this place has incredible potential but on this occasion, it did not meet expectations.
