Very small, not very comfortable, but a great choice for a short stay on a budget

Great location, close to the old city and beach, right by the train station, and walking distance from the Chagall and Matisse museums. Has an elevator (though there’s still one flight of stairs once you reach the top floor). There were lots of thoughtful touches, including a Nespresso machine (with pods), basic silverware/cookware, and a housekeeping kit with trash bags, sponge, and laundry and dish detergent. There is a good laundromat just around the corner. But above all, we greatly appreciated the flexibility of the property manager, Noan, with our very late arrival. We were already scheduled to check in late (around 10pm, for a small fee) but then our train from Paris was delayed several times leading us to arrive around 1:30 AM. Noan allowed us to do a self-check-in and only required us to pay 30€ for a key box, waiving the late check-in fee.

This is truly an attic apartment. It’s very small, and the ceiling over the bed is like 4 feet tall. The bed is not comfortable. Would not recommend staying here with someone who isn’t your significant other as it is quite intimate (though the blue couch in the pictures seemed to pull out into a sort of small futon/sleeping pad). It can get very hot in the afternoon and evening, but there is a good oscillating fan. We kept the skylights open and it wasn’t too bad. Perhaps most curiously, the hot water comes out dangerously, scaldingly hot (instantly) because the water heater is right there in the bathroom. The shower also has the hot and cold knobs reversed, increasing the risk of burning oneself.

They didn’t have basic necessities like hand soap or the amount of toilet paper they said they provided. When I reached out to host about more toilet paper he ghosted me.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es okay. Wir haben schließlich dort nur geschlafen. Für maximal 2 Leute gedacht. Es wäre aber b

Zu wenig Klopapier, 2 von 3 Rollen waren benutzt. Das Zimmer ist in echt viel kleiner als auf den Bildern. Zu zweit war es schon ziemlich eng. Das Wasser funktioniert nur andersrum also da wo warm ist kommt kalt raus und wo kalt ist kommt heiß raus. In der Küche kam bei unserem Aufenthalt nur heißes Wasser raus.
