Great location, in a quiet and beautiful area. Not very close to the center or the port, but there is convenient transportation. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a comfortable pillow, and mattress. It is clean. The owner is attentive, always helpful, and accommodating. Every morning she brought hot focaccia for breakfast, there is cheese and water and snacks. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a door opening onto a private patio. Suitcases must be carried down one floor, no is an elevator.

Check in eseguito in 2 minuti , sembrava avesse fretta bisognava correrle dietro. Struttura sporca, dopo 5 minuti a piedi nudi avevo i calzini neri. Colazione compresa nel prezzo costituita da due brioches imbustate , tre pluncake latte e due jogurt bianchi. Il forno non funzionava e per trovar parcheggio bisogna diventar matti per poi svenarsi per poterlo pagare

Sehr schönes altes Gebäude , Apartment mit hohe Decken sehr ruhig , sehr sauber , super bequeme Matratze !! Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden ,frisch renoviert und modernisiert Enrica sehr nette Gastgeberin hat mir ihr Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt und morgens noch frische warme focaccia zum Frühstück an die Türklinke gehängt- Grazzie - gerne wieder !

Жилището е разположено в спокоен и чист квартал, далече от централната част на Генуа, вечер е тихо. Буквално на минута от сградата ще откриете разкошен ресторант с вкусни пици! Домакина всяка сутрин доставяше закуска до вратата без да ни безпокои. Наличието на кафемашина и капсули също е предимство. Задължително си осигурете паркинг предварително, ако пътувате с кола! Домакина може да съдейства за това или да ви упъти за възможности. Жилището е малко, подходящо е за двойка. При трима души и багаж вечер се прескачаме!

Prima locatie om Genua en omgeving te verkennen. Appartement was netjes en schoon, en voorzien van bijna alle gemakken. Ontbijt was ook heel goed. Dankje Enrica.

Kifogástalan, mindenkinek ajánlom, aki Genovában teljesen felszerelt szállást, kis otthont keres!

Kiváló, csendes környék, szép, tiszta házban található. Tengerpart 10-15 perc, belváros 20-25 perc séta, a busz a ház előtt áll meg. A bútorok, berendezések újszerűek, minden tiszta, illatos. Érkezésnél Enrica mindent elmondott, mit, hol találunk és mi hogyan működik. A szálláson minden adott, a teljes felszereltségen kívül kávé, tea, nassolni való tartós élelmiszer, tej, víz, gyümölcslé volt bekészítve, illetve a tisztálkodáshoz is megadtak mindent, még fogkrém és fogkefe is található! A mosáshoz mosószer is van. Egy szóval: tökéletes, bárcsak mindenhol hasonló vendéglátásban részesülnénk! Kicsit olyan, mintha a saját otthonukban laktunk volna. És az extra: minden reggel friss focaccia-t kaptunk. Mindenkinek ajánlom!

Egy apróság: a lépcsőház zajai csendesebb időszakban (késő este és kora reggel) behallatszódnak.

Ottimo alloggio a Genova, fresco, pulito, accogliente, con parcheggio privato a disposizione

Posizione ottima in una delle zone di Genova più belle, a 10 minuti di distanza a piedi da Corso Italia. Appartamento molto fresco e accogliente, letto comodissimo, tutto nuovissimo. Ottima la possibilità del parcheggio privato su prenotazione, al costo di 12 € al giorno. Il check-in è stato perfetto, la signora ci ha aspettato per spiegarci ogni cosa della casa e accompagnarci al parcheggio. È stata di una gentilezza unica. Lo consiglio veramente, e quando torneremo a Genova verremo sicuramente di nuovo

Alles sehr unkompliziert. Konnten sogar etwas früher ein checken. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die kinder haben gerne auf der Terrasse gespielt. Wir wahren sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne Ferienwohnung mit den perfekten Gastgebern

The Lozzas Home ist eine schöne kleine Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Innenhof. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor Kurzem komplett sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll renoviert. Alles macht einen neuen und gepflegten Eindruck. Bad. Vor der Tür ist direkt die Bushaltestelle - mit dem Bus kann man alle Stellen in Genua erreichen. Auch sind 2 Supermärkte und 2 Bäckereien in der direkten Nachbarschaft (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß). Außergewöhnlich sind die Gastgeber: der Kontakt war super nett und sehr höflich. Obwohl wir auf Grund der Verkehrslage erst um 19:30 Uhr ankamen nahm sich Enrica viel Zeit, um uns alles in der Wohnung zu erklären. In der ganzen Wohnung war alles mit Liebe für uns vorbereitet: Bademäntel, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Erste-Hilfe-Set, ein Mäppchen mit Stiften für unseren Sohn als Geschenk und vieles mehr. Ja, sogar im Kühlschrank war bereits das Wichtigste für uns eingekauft fürs Frühstück (Milch, Joghurt, Käse, Wasser, Saft, abgepacktes Süssgebäck usw.). Enrica und Stefano waren jeden Tag mit uns in Kontakt, fragten immer wieder ob alles in Ordnung wäre oder ob wir irgendwie Hilfe bräuchten. Ich habe noch nie so perfekte Gastgeber in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt: vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

Tutto perfetto! La signora Enrica è stata molto gentile e premurosa, come benvenuto ci ha fatto trovato un piccolo aperitivo,e anche se la colazione non era inclusa abbiamo trovato l’occorrente per fare una piccola colazione il giorno dopo, la casa si presenta molto bene, curata nei minimi dettagli,Wi-Fi veloce ! Sicuramente ci rivedremo !
