It was big had authentic Italian feel. Sheets were clean and facilities good had a washing machine and an ironing board.
Sofa was stained and didn't look clean. Kettle leaked - needs changing. Feels a little dated. Kitchen was something out of the 70's and if you use the cooker and turn on the lights it blew the fuse and instructions were not correct as it's stated follow red carpet to fuse box. There was no red carpet! A good 10 minute walk to the beach

L’appartement est très spacieux avec des grandes chambres et de beaux espaces de rangement. Il est super bien situé avec facilité de bus pour aller dans le centre. Le top du top c’est la proximité de la mer et des nombreux restaurants à l’Arena Albero en autre. Le quartier est vraiment très agréable. La facilité de parking est un plus.
La propreté du logement est à revoir. Le gros est nettoyé mais honnêtement beaucoup de choses ne sont pas propres: poussières tout autour du miroir et sur les portes-savon, carrelages salle de bain pas nets, canapé dans un état dramatique (on a pas osé s’asseoir dessus), mouchoirs utilisés sous le lit. Et le pire du pire, les carrelages de la cuisinière étaient remplis de graisse.

En general la casa estaba muy bien. Buen barrio, aunque un poco lejos del centro.
No había microondas. Faltaba un poco de mantenimiento en el apartamento, pero nada grave
