Great for travelers with car

We travelled on a rental car and was looking for an apartment with free parking. This apartment was close to the city by car and had private parking. The host were very kind and allowed us to check in earlier than standart time and was responsive to questions and requests.

Apartamento muy confortable

Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo en un barrio no turístico y tranquilo pero no muy lejos del centro.Todos los servicios, muy cómodo. Un bar abajo en el que eran muy amables y la cocina recomendable.

La bañera no tiene ni mampara ni cortina y el agua salpica todo el baño al ducharse. Lo demás muy bien, pena que la estancia fue corta.

Ruhig und zentral in Genua

Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Sie liegt in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle zum Zentrum von Genua. In der Nähe gibt es auch alles um sich zu versorgen. Uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Stadt.

Przestronne mieszkanie, pralka, bardzo sprawny kontakt z właścicielką, balkon i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.

W mieszkaniu było duszno, ale próba snu przy otwartym oknie kończyła się pobudką przez hałas - na przeciwko znajduje się kościół i główna ulica.

L'emplacement est idéal, la place de parking dans la résidence nous a permis de laisser la voiture au profit du bus pour visiter le centre de Gênes et le train pour flâner dans les 5 Terres. La literie est top, le balcon plein sud est un plus, l'immeuble est calme , doté d'un ascenseur, parfait pour le 5ème étage. Nous sommes ravis de l'expérience. L'appartement était très propre, merci !

Bastante correcto

El equipamiento bastante completo y el parking privado gratuito. Transporte público cerca para ir al centro, además el dueño tuvo las amabilidad de permitirnos acceder al apartamento antes de la hora.

Está un poco viejito, una pequeña rehabilitación estaría bien.

Appartamento comodo e pulito ben collegato

Appartamento dalle dimensioni molto confortevoli, pulizia ottima. Fornito di tutto il necessario per la cucina e le camere da letto. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e cortesi e hanno assecondato tutte le nostre richieste. Raggiungibile comodamente dalla stazione Brignole. Si raggiunge il centro città senza alcun problema con bus anche notturni.

Il bagno è un po' scarno, si potrebbe aggiungere una tenda per la vasca perché l'acqua fuoriesce in grandi quantità. Anche la fornitura di sapone e carta igienica era poca. Il check-in online non è molto pratico ma comunque non difficile.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Der offene Wohnzimmer- und Küchenbereich ist hell und freundlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. In der unmittelbaren Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich zwei Supermärkte, die lange offen haben. Um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen, gibt es ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt zwei Busse (18 und 46), die regelmäßig fahren. Die Straße zur Wohnung geht ein wenig bergauf, ist aber leicht zu schaffen. Im Haus gibt es einen Lift in den 5. Stock. Wir fühlten uns immer sicher in der Gegend. Man ist ebenfalls ganz rasch mit den Bussen am Bahnhof Brignole, von wo aus man wunderbare Tagesausflüge starten kann.
