We absolutely loved our experience here. The host is probably the best ever, super kind and ready to help. Flat is cute and fully ready with all the requirements for a short stay. Host helped us so much that we didn’t need to look for anything. She told us where to drink, eat, what to visit, taxi number, transportation, made us a personal visit thru the house, bought us towels for the beach on purpose because we didn’t have it, super fast answering when we had a doubt about anything. Location is great because of the bus in the door in both sides of the flat.

There is no washing machine, not a really problem, just for awareness and also there is a laundry service next to the flat

Airco, very clean! Ideal to take the bus to center or beach. Private parking was also very convenient.

There were only 2 glasses to drink out. No kitchen towel no clean sponge.

Great choice :-)

The apartment is really cozy and clean, is bigger than it looks on the photos. You can find there everything you need for your stay. Three minutes walking there’s a supermarket opened 24/7. There is a bus stop near by the building, 10 minutes by bus you’ll arrive to Genova Brignole station (trains to Cinque Terre, bus to the airport, etc.). The owner Esmeralda is a very nice and helpful person. .

The best stay in Genova

It was the most incredible apartments from all in our journey. Eva was nice to meet us and help with all of our needs, she warned us about the strike and found the exact bus. Eva met us with the juices for kids and bottles of sparkling water for adults. Her apartments are fulfilled with everything anyone could want - blankets, umbrella, coffee machine, shampoo, even toys and books for kids. I liked the design of the apartment very much. Right across the road, there is shop 24\7 and few more are a bit far. It is close to the railway station (Brignole) and even to the city center (we walked there for about 25 minutes).

There is no such thing :-)

Comoda e ben arredata, si raggiunge immediatamente a piedi un supermercato h24 ed un bar. Parcheggio privato al coperto a 2 min a piedi dall’appartamento.

Polvere e doccia che si allaga. È su strada trafficata, molto rumorosa fino a tarda notte.

Appartamento ristrutturato, molto carino. La posizione è ottima. Difronte troverete un bar dove fanno un caffè eccellente. Nella zona ci sono tanti servizi, farmacia, supermercati,(uno addirittura aperto 24h tutti i giorni), l'ospedale San Martino, e la Chiesa. L'appartamento è composto da una sola camera da letto, non da due. Il secondo letto si trova nel soggiorno dove troverete un divano letto. La cucina è dotata di frigorifero e freezer e da un utilissimo forno a microonde. Sia in camera da letto, sia nel soggiorno troverete una tv.

La via è trafficata essendo in una zona abbastanza centrale e nei pressi dell'ospedale... Non regna il silenzio, tra auto, moto e ambulanze.

Ładne mieszkanie dobrze skomunikowane z centrum oraz z promenadą nad morzem

Czyste mieszkanie w lokalizacji, która jest dobrze skomunikowana - przystanki autobusowe spacerkiem, a z nich można dostać się np. do stacji Brignole, blisko do centrum za pomocą komunikacji miejskiej. Okolica wydała się bezpieczna. Blisko restauracje, kawiarnie i sklepy - szczególnie na plus Carrefour express 24/7 po sąsiedzku 😅 W kuchni były przyprawy, kawa, herbata, więc nie trzeba kupować tych produktów na kilka dni pobytu. W zamrażarce znajduje się pojemnik na kostki lodu. Wśród przyborów kuchennych jest też korkociąg. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, zarówno łóżko w sypialni, jak i kanapa w salonie, miękkie materace. Właściciel dostępny pod telefonem, szybko odpisywał na wiadomości 😊 Mieszkanie wygląda jak na zdjęciach, wszystko zgodnie ze stanem na Bookingu.

Zepsuta klimatyzacja, która, jak widzę po opiniach, nie jest zepsuta poraz pierwszy... Dowiedziałam się o tym w dniu przyjazdu, a przy tych temperaturach klimatyzacja to podstawą. Co nieco pomagają wentylatory oraz wiatrak ukryty w szafie, ale to jednak nie to samo. Brak czajnika. Bardzo mały balkon.
