Located very near the beach at Borth y Gest (superb view from top bedroom!). Parking usually outside the front door. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, including games and children's toys. Local map provided to borrow, showed straightforward route by coast path into Porthmadog (about 25 minutes' walk). Hosts left welcome offering. Very comfortable seating in the living room (upstairs).
Be aware that there are quite a lot of stairs. Some upstairs bedroom windows had no blind / curtain. Curtain in ground floor bedroom too narrow.
