Cosy City Centre Gem

The place was immaculate in a very central location for the Fringe and shopping. , Nice quality of light. Very well supplied. Lots of hot water. The owners were very responsive to messeges.

It was up 3 flights of stairs. But the owners were very clear about the stairs in the listing, so renters know that going in.

3rd floor and unfortunately some smokers below which travelled to the bathroom upstairs

Quiet, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable apartment in a good location, close to small supermarkets and other shops, and to bus stops on several routes. Also an easy walk into the city centre (15 to 25 minutes, depending on destination). Particular highlights were excellent internet access, a TV with access to various channels and streaming services (tho access to some was limited for the first couple of days), a great washing machine and drying rack, and quick communication with the hosts.

Just a couple of little niggles (the first being my bad, as I didn't read the details far enough): (1) the apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no lift; (2) access to the building requires use of a red fob on the ring of keys, but this wasn't made clear in advance. Luckily another resident let me in.
