Great location, comfortable and clean, quick response time from hosts when had questions.

Can be a bit loud due to some other establishments in the area, but it wasn’t enough to bother us.

- location to ed. Castle and restaurants and shops, and supermarkets - close to buses - central heating worked well Easy check in Spacious and large apartment Tv worked Fridge worked Hot shower

- long flight of stairs to get to apartment not mentioned in description of accomodation on booking.com - filthy and dirty entry hallway to get to apartment it, was shocking. - food spilled stains down wall next to oven - bath plug did not work to have a bath - bed extremely uncomfortable and squeaky felt like a camp bed/ stretcher bed - only 1 flat pillow per person to sleep on- cushions are not pillows to sleep on unacceptable - huge clump of hair and dust found in washing machine on rubber seal when door was opened when we arrived - kitchen utensils were too few, had to buy rubber gloves to do dishes - clothes rack/ airer broken and unusable. - dust and hair found on shelves and surfaces in bathroom. - lipstick stain on glassware when i picked it up to use it
