Enjoyed our stay and will definetly stay again
It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the shopping centre. We werent given the correct keybox number but called and host answered immediatly amd provided correct one

Modern, clean and local to everything
All smoke alarms went into test mode throughout the night every 2-3 hours in all rooms. The test button is stuck in and causes random tests on all devices.

We we wanted to paint the castle and harbour so ideal for us.
Self catering so we provided our own breakfast. We liked the private road and parking. We liked the 2 minute walk to the castle/ harbour and shops

Stunning cottage in a perfect location
A cosy, warm, tastfully decorated, spotless cottage with sea views. Some lovely original features such as the fireplace. Free parking was also available. Location-wise, it’s less than one minute to Carrickfergus’ premier bar and restaurant, Ownies. Similarly, very close to the centre of the town. The washing machine, with a 14 minute cycle was a bonus! We appreciated the welcome pack.
The bed was uncomfortable- but we are used to a larger and longer bed.
