Sweet Home

This is a conveniently located rental suitable for 2–3 people. It features recent renovations, including new décor, furnishings, flooring, and kitchenware. The space has been designed in an appealing and pleasant style. It will be nice during the cooler months, provided there is heating.

But there was no air conditioning, and that wasn't mentioned. Air conditioning was listed among the amenities, but in reality, there was only a tower fan—which, of course, doesn't cool the room down. It was late August and 32°C outside. It was stifling; the fan didn't help, and after three hours, I realized I couldn't stay there—there was no chance of resting or sleeping for us. It was going to be a sweltering night. As a result, we paid our host for that night and booked a room with air conditioning. It was quite a stressful experience, which is why I’m mentioning it here. Personally, I’d prefer a less renovated place, but not everyone can handle a summer in Tbilisi without air conditioning. Just keep that in mind. Keep in mind that there is a bed up top in addition to the sofa downstairs, and it’s even warmer up there than it is below.

The appartment is very cosy, welcoming and lovely inside. Everything I needed was provided. The landlord was available to answer to my questions, welcoming and flexible. The location is perfect.

The only inconvenient was the noisy ventilation from the restaurant next door.

The host was available for anything that I could need. The location is perfect, 2 minutes away from everything. The apartment faces to a inner yard so there is absolutely no traffic.
