נמצא ממש על קו המים עם נוף נפלא של הים, לובי קטן מקסים ופונקציונלי, יש חדר כושר קטן וסאונה, ובגג יש גינה נחמדה עם ספות נחמדות ושולחן יפה, חדר נקי יפה ומסודר , השארנו את הרכב בבית כדי לא להסתבך עם חניה ונסענו רק בתחב"צ שמגיעה ממש קרוב.
הזמנו חדר עם מיטה זוגית גדולה וקיבלנו שתי מיטות קטנות צמודות, וזה מעט הפריע, ביקשנו להחליף, אך הבנו שאין משהו אחר ונהנו ממה שהיה, [הוויפי היה חלש מאד כדאי לשפר ולעבור לטכנולגיה חדשה, המחשב כותב שמדובר בחיבור ישן שהוא לא תומך בו] כדאי לשים לב בשעת ההזמנה, שיש חדרים עם מרפסת לים, ויש שיש להם רק חלון עם נוף לים.
